found new for $36 before discount...
I made my own, went 4 years.. need another , just blew it again. trying for oem this time.
used, I give no more than 10, unless its got a recent just installed story.
these don't last... one of the dumbest things hanging onto modern techology:
the blower motor resistor
it is even a fire hazard. could be automotives first hazrd since gasoline to hang on as long as gasoline has been in cars...enough crazy history. I need yet another pos resistor..
if a guru has made one stronger than my home made one, would l;ove to hear about it.
I did find the 6 10ohm resisors in a row tick.. that seems silly, and one speed, half throttle. tough as nails, but not dynamical.
my own was a two speed. did not bother with the glowing red #1 and #2 settings. just fast and faster. may as well go back to all four speeds.. the radioactive cat just on the other side of the firewall from resistor is being removed..feeling confident the idiot will last longer as oem now.
