well, the car is coming out of the barn in the next couple of weeks... so, back up "for sale". I won't post it on Craigslist quite yet.
I would prefer cash/money but will entertain trades for bikes/dirt bikes/quads and other fun toys!
This is a 92 Civic Hatch, form Florida. I'm the 2nd owner. 1st owner was also in FL, adult driven. Car was stock when I got it (see pics).
Lots done, mostly suspension, motor, interior, and lighting. Pretty much it's a terrific DD or track car. Used it up until last winter in VT. Has seen 2 winter (one in Mass, and one in VT) and as such, some parts are rusty and because car has been sitting, let's be honest, it needs some TLC.
All receipts for parts/maintenance and such have been kept, including dyno runs.
The bad is pretty much the fact that it's a 20 y.o. car that has seen 2 winters and has been sitting for 6+ months in the barn. NO cancer AFAIK. Paint has seen better days (mostly faded from Florida sun). 1 dent in rear panel - was there when I purchased car, have left it as is as I was planning on fixing it when I repainted the car). TLC would likely involve work around axles and checking break pads. Oh and the tires are Azenis 615's that are pretty much worn out, so will need new ones!
No accident that I am aware of, at least in my life span. Front side fender did get replaced when one of my neighbor backed into my in FLorida (freaking idiot!).
Motor is a built ls/vtec, done by me and a mechanic friend. professionally tuned (conservative) on chrome in NH last year, making around 130 torque, 160hp.
Tein SS coilovers, 22" itr sway bar + ASR subframe brace, Skunk2 LCA rear, Skunk2 top LCA's. Rear disc brake conversion
FX retrofit and lots of jdm goodies inside/out. The point of the build was to keep it fun to drive but a reliable DD.
Body is the original one.
This is my baby, and has been since I had her in 2007, but I i don't have a garage now and since i'm not using it, i feel it'd be best sold/traded who someone who would continue to maintain/enjoy it.
Here are some pics from last photoshoot (engine bay is a tad different as I got it re-tuned in NH 2 years ago with a new CAI)
Asking price $4800.
