Makes me ever prouder of what the car is becoming to know that I'm playing such a huge part in putting it together. I can't wait to actually start driving it, hopefully picking up a trans this week so I can have it running soon.

the manual mode is pretty useless, however with a little rewiring you can use that button to activate sport mode which makes the trans hold gears to redline and downshift quicker

Nooo.. my boyfriend couldn't wait until I got money for my bed, because he's impatient..should read " my awesome bf bought me some MB weapons"

The new wheels for the car.
Decided to either go with black or gold for now, and they only sell black at home depot, so black won. Until I decide I'm bored in three months and rip the plastidip off and try another color...
Today also consisted of changing the windows, because the ones in the doors we put on were scratched up, putting the tires on the car, putting the door panels on, soldering the engine harness, and changing all the speakers.
And may I just say, which ever moron decided that putting the speakers up under the rear window in such a fashion that you can't get the screwdriver in there, was mentally unstable...
...There may have been a lot of yelling, and two very broken and blown speakers after everything was all said and done.
Trans this week and hopefully she will be running soon!!
I have also decided that I have a problem, considering I wake up in the morning, roll out of bed in the morning, and immediately start working on my car... I would say a car addiction is better then a shopping addiction, but i seem to be finding myself spending just as much money...
Mike also brought up that the car might look cool if at some point in the future we plastidipped the white a different color, like dark purple. I feel that may be a possibility in the future when I get bored...

just asked them what was wrong with it and if it was awd or fwd. If it's simple fix and awd... winter svx? haha mike and I have decided the white svx will be a summer only vehicle.
