welcome aboard!

i'd recommend a stage 1 tune with the following:

- stage1 software (XPT or Cobb) I'm working with Braden from XPT to develop the stage1 on the 09 wrx, so it'll be out soon.

- walbro 255lph fuel pump

- K&N drop in filter

- boost gauge

- cat-back exhaust if you'd like some rumble

I would recommend stage2, but that would net you more hp than you're asking for, and it'd require a lot more road tuning and fancy gauges.
