So, after bringing my girlfriend to a couple subaru events (drives, meets) she's been wanting a wrx, she has a forester right now and would like to trade that unless we can find her one that's cheap enough that we could save up for to get her. So for now we're just trying our options, so if anyone has one or knows of a decent wrx let me know. not super picky on the year but would like minimum rust.

only thing is that if someone ends up wanting to trade for the forester the wrx has to be stickered and drivable too.

she's not really looking to have to take out a loan or anything because she doesn't have anything saved up for a car at the moment, so i guess i should be more specific, looking for something below $5k if she can find one.

 
Saw a couple on CL that looked nice, but who knows how they're really running and what problems they may have...and they're all in MA, so going to look at them isn't going to be easy. Oh, well. One day!

I may be getting rid of mine, if I can find something comfy to replace it. I'll let you know when I find something.

 
Alright ... so quickly enough, I just found something. I have a yellow '03 WRX with roughly 80k on the motor. The paint is a little rough, however there is no rust. It's stickered and I drive it everyday. Let me know if you're interested.

 
Send me a PM and we'll work on it from there! I know you're looking for sub-$5k ... I'm not sure I can go THAT low, but right around there would be workable.

 
so, still looking for a car, have a potential buyer for the forester and going to have around 5-5500$ but need to have a car lined up for her.

 
If she's interested in mine, I'm ready to sell. I'm going to test drive something tomorrow and I plan to buy it as soon as I can sell mine. I've got someone coming to look at it Saturday afternoon so far.

 
Cars by us is overpriced. That's where my RS came from years and years ago.....

Also, that wrx has been messed with. I'd look for a stock one.
