Anyone know of a place that will fix a small bend on the front of a rim?

probably because one man's "small" bend is another man's "totaled wheel." ???

some aluminum alloys bend pretty easy but can be straightened pretty easy. the metal is supple

others are brittle, and if bent will crack or be severely weakened if when pressed back into shape
