car starts rough and idles like crap

So for some reason my car is having a hard time starting. It was fine until I drove up north in that heavy rain storm. Now it idles really slow and almost stalls out. -t does start bit after I crank it for a while.

Could that heavy rain have caused a problem?

I do have a cai, but it is well protected.

Thoughts?

check the coilpack. if the plastic is cracked it will misfire when it gets wet.

do you have the blocker plate behind your scoop?

Coil pack is intact. My scoop block is gone. Could something important jave gotten wet?

there is an electrical module (don't know what...) straight behind your hood scoop on the firewall. heavy downpour could have arced it.
