Chance to get a set of 08 Brembos?

I just need some unbias input. I have a chance to get a set of front Brembos from an 08 STi. I'm thinking this is a good deal at $800. What do you guys say?

 
800 is not a bad deal for newer Brembos, does this include rotors and pads too? There are better deals out there, but not for 08 brembos.

I just picked up some Evo Brembos(same as subaru) for 300 shipped. Add good rotors and pads and Im at around 550ish.

 
It does include pads and rotors. I just have to find someone to buy my new DBA's I bought for the WRX setup.

 
that's not bad if pads and rotors are included. I paid 550 shipped for my 05 goldies with pads and rotors to put it in perspective.
