I am going to be in the market for coilovers soon and my legacy 2.5i. I was wondering what brand coilovers you guys have something's I should know and stuff I should stay away from.

Stay away from eBay, do get BC's Brs. Subimods has the best price. If you go low enough you'll need to get your fenders rolled. Meyagi can do that.

dont buy racelands.... i like my teins a lot. It all depends in what you are looking to spend and what you expect to get out of them. If you are going for just a slight drop, what about lowering springs?

I always catch hell for this but whatever. Unless you are paying upwards of 2k, a strut and spring setup will perform better (and more consistantly) than cheapo coilovers.

With that said, most people just want a drop and don't care about performance. If that is the case, get whatever racer garage inc ebay wtfbbq coilover.

They make the real stuff, it's the bees knees.

FEAL suspension makes coilovers, and odi knows his stuff, I haven't seen much about them, but they're more budget friendly at 1400ish, but their fitment is only wrx.

You're also on a legacy, so options wont be as plentiful as a wrx setup.

Struts and springs!!!! I run bilsteins inverted mono tube struts with eibach lowering springs. I have zero complaints.
