I am toying with the idea of selling my car and moving to an older sports car and a small pickup or if it works out, an older STi.

It has a bunch of other custom work/parts and it does have a few minor blemishes. With a good driver this is definitly an AX capable car, if you don't want to do AX, this is a nice and tight daily driver.
I am thinking in the $13,500-$14,000 range as it sits, but I can work on the price if you want it at Stage I or stock.
