Feeler: Like New Primitive Skidplate

ReZDoG

I'm not ReZPunk
Actually, it is new. It was mounted up to a car to mock it up so they could make a Kevlar plate. I was thinking what I paid for it ($125) but if there is any interest, Make an offer..

BTW its the 1/8 plate, I wouldn't recommend this place for heavy use..

here is the description from Primitive's website, and pics of actual skidplate

Yeah.. this will actually fit any Impreza 93-2001... With no modifying.. Just engineering..

1/8th is pretty good for the typical rally-x, especially on a RS/Forester with the tight width of the sub-frame. If I didn't just spend all my money of tint I'd snatch your skids for the OBS.

rallyx? most of these guys are afraid to take it off the tarmac!!

you got to sell to the crowd..

this will protect your oil pan for all you lowered imprezas!!

seriously..

these are designed to do more than protect your pan. they protect your engine bay from road grime and salt in the winter, improve air flow through the radiator, improve under car aerodynamics and keep your oil pan in tact.

great buy even if you dont rallycross or take it off road.

I honestly don't know.. I'm sure it would fit.. Just not sure how well. heh PAGING NIGEL PRODRIVE! he'd know.

hmmmm.... wonder how this would look on an 00 RS...
that's what it's made for.. I'd take pics of mine on the car.. but its a poor example.. (little beat up) Only think I'd let you know is if you have an aftermarket headers, it will take some spacers to make room for the headers.

here's a pic from the intraweb!

when u refer to "spacers" ur referring to a phenolic type or smiliar washer to give it distance from the pipes? Srry for asking dumb questions, I just want to makse sure I don't make any mistakes(insert deadbolt Turbo joke here) that will cost $$$$. I may end up deciding the thicker one is a wiser choice but am on the fence...

How about the Kevlar one?

Bummer that pic isn't dirt all over the front of UR car, I was gonna ask when I get a hell ride in the dirt...

probably no hell rides untill some time after BRS from what i have been hearing. You are not running avtermarket headers so this should just bolt right up to the bottom of your RS. you might want to go thricker, but you might not need it depends on if you are going to bring it out rally-xing or what exactly you are going to do with it, however if you do end up going down that road Curtis took me on get the thick one, you wont have the ground clearance that i did
