not unless you have 03 rear forester tophats and springs or 04 and up impreza tophats then they would legacys from 95-99 have the same bolt pattern tophats as 98-07 foresters and 02-07 impreza
but with that much lift your front cv shafts will take a beating but not enough to worry you may need to replace one every couple of years cause of it cause the top boot stretches and rips
