Out of curiosity.. they made HDMI for the Wii? any improvement over the component?

My wife wants a Wii for the Wii fit workout stuff. Would you be interested in a trade for a 23lb racing mountain bike. I also have some Forester 15'' steelies and new Sparco rally mudflaps that I never installed. Yeah, basically I have no extra cash, but lots of stuff I can trade.
