FS SPT exhaust for impreza $200

I have the SPT muffler for non-turbo impreza's made by Bosal.

It is off of a 2003 impreza RS and is in great shape (stainless steel)

I am asking $200 for it. Located in South Portland.

would it work on a regular legacy wagon?

I believe it would fit well on a pre-2002 legacy wagon... I am not sure about newer legacys.

you can always come over and test fit it... if it bolts on, pay me and drive away, if not we wasted 15 minutes oh well.

I know that earlier Legacy axle back does not fit on a GC style Impreza, so the opposite might be the same

i currently have a 98 legacy outback, and i want to brighten the exhaust tone a little, still gives a great motor rumble, just not enough exhaust sound for me. if you still have it when i get the cash, ill pm you and we can go from there

yeah they stick out about 4" (ask spiller)

depth doesn't bother me, i mean if i dont like how far it sticks out...i might be able to do some creative work to it

You would most likely have to cut some of the pipe to shorten it and then re weld it, but it's stainless, so you will need to find someone who can weld stainless

yeah, its too bad that i dont know how to weld stainless or have a welder period, i had to weld a piece of exhaust on my first car, frontal exhaust pipe on 1981 oldsmobile omega, i think i still got pics layin around
