Headlight amber delete question

Hey guys I'm planning on baking my headlights and doing amber deletes, I'm just not sure of how long to bake them and what temp do it at, any suggestions?

 
Here's a DIY from NASIOC for you. It shows you how to get the headlights apart enough to get the amber reflectors out. They either pop out with a little bit of force or are attached by philips screws. Not too hard once you have the headlight open.
