Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!
I hate rust. Started poking at my passenger side rocker panel and found its was very rusty along the seam.
Cut it out.
Formed and welded in 3 pieces of new steel. This was my first time welding. My mig welds were ugly but functional. Burned through 2 or 3 times, but I think it was where metal was already thin and rusty.
I covered all my welds with seam sealer.
It'll get my by. But I think this chassis is going to succumb to maines rust in the not so distant future.

Keep cutting and welding. I always cut well behind where I see even the slightest bit if rust to be sure it's all removed. Also, weld thru primer is your friend
