Inspection question

IIRC, there are some inspection techs here. My question is...If I buy a car in N.H. from a used car dealer, with temporary plates, and it has N.H. inspection, is that inspection good for a year, or do I need to get it inspected in Maine as soon as I register it?

You need a valid ME inspection sticker if you have it registered in ME. NH or any other state stickers don't count.

No you don't the nh sticker is legal as long as it doesn't exceed a year call dmv they will validate this

I can also validate this as I ran my RS for a long time, legally, on the NY inspection sticker.

When I moved to Maine from mass the sticker was good till it expired BUT if I moved from Maine to mass I'd have get a mass sticker .. Got love mass
