These were on my girls 99 Impreza when we bought it, set of four Kumho Solus HP4 195/60/15. They have excellent tread, asking $250 or best reasonable offer. PM me with questions.
They say M+S on them, but you'd be crazy if you thought that tread would provide decent grip in the snow! It's probably a shitty all season tire.
