we use expanding foam here at work. I was looking at new ways to cast models from it.

and this looked funny.

this may explain an exploded rocker panel.

I bought the sube I have now with expanded foam at the root of rockers, a common spot for little holes...

the little hole was made into a 6 foot long rupture, unexplainable.

rust is rust... that foam must have something it can't mix with.
