It's a 21" front rim for my partner's 2007 Harley Softail Custom

Wow - that looks sweet! Think you can do a 10" for my scoot?

Seriously, though - you must have one hell of a cutter on hand...

if the price was right. He has about 30 hours into it, but it was a first time program, lots of little things to get through. For the record, we didn't make the actual rim. He bought a wheel blank from an outfit in California. Then he did all the detail. It is far from being completed. It needs to get polished and then sent out for chrome plating.

I would roll it just the way it is. I'm not much for blingy chrome.
i'm in the same boat, but i would powdercoat it clear first. that thing would oxidize in about 7 minutes outdoors. :

solidworks (old version) for design of 3d stuff
Sweet! I do all my design work in SW. Does SW output to mastercam or do you have to do something funky in between? At Solidworks world in new orleans i saw all kinds of really neat CAM programs that interfaced with SW.

yeah, camworks is a kickass addon for SW, but it jacks the price to close to 10k...

Mastercam imports pretty much any file from all the popular CAD packages.
