for an 09 wrx? the newer ones don't have a cat in the up pipe....why do you want the sti up?

yeah, no problem. the older wrx's had cats even 08's. but when they upped the power in the 09's they took the cat out to flow better before the turbo

Nope. When they changed to the 2.5 motor in the WRX (06+) there have been no cats in the up pipes. SpecB's came with a catless up pipe too.
