need a rear diff for a 2000 legacy

So one of my good friends just bought a 2000 legacy "as is", and wouldn't you know it, but not 10 miles after he leaves (it's ok on the 50 miles he rode in it before that) it goes. SOOO anyone on here have a good one? Cheaper is obviously better. Let me know.

well apparently the a$$ hat took it to a shop. he said something about ''needing it yesterday'' so wanted it done quicker than ASAP. SORRY for making people have to think and remember if they had any kicking around or not. I appreciate it. on this case though, it's not needed. Thanks again!! SORRY!!

PS: he only told me today that he needed a rear diff and then right after i say i will get him one, tells me that he took it to a shop.
