need help finding the right parts

my 06 sti is basically bone stock cept for the up and down pipes

any 1 got any ideas on what to do to beef up HP and torque?

or help me out with obtaining the parts?

Have you had it tuned? Or are you just running the exhaust work? Good tuning is a place to start to pull some power out of it fast.

This. Anything more and you're going to start heading down a much more extensive, and potentially expensive, route.

Dont forget a quality downpipe probally most important piece of hardware.

i haven't really looked under my car to see what it has but i was told its got an hks uppipe and an aftermarket downpipe not much else is on it...engine is bone stock

Well if you have those part installed, and no tuning done. Its really not safe to be driving it under boost conditions. Its going to be VERY lean on factory tune. I would invest in a good tuning session with the car... ASAP. Sadly it may have some tuning done, but to me: not knowing is a scary thing.
