Need help whats the difference with 02/03 front wrx calipers

Does anyone know what the difference is between 02 and 03 wrx front breaks. My car is a 09/02 and when you run the vin it comes up as a 03 so I bought 03 pads. I replaced the driver side pads without a issue but the passenger side caliper was seized so I bought a new 03 caliper before installing the pads. But the new caliper bracket wont clear the rotor should i buy a 02 caliper?

I don't have any idea what other people have done to the car break wise, just bought the car. I tired a couple different calipers and all the 03's dont fit, but whats weird is if they are 02 calipers on the car the 02 pads i got dont fit but the 03 pads fit perfect. But the 03 pads seem to fit loose in the 02 calipers

There is no diff. In the caliper it's the bracket the holds the pad that's diff. Cause they change the shape of the pad
