need new bushings on the Outback

Only 5 years and 67k miles...seems a little early, eh? But I drove it for the first time in a while last week and it rides like a '76 Buick. First to do are the rear trailing arms, then the front control arms.

I had to replace control arm bushings on one of my Saabs...easiest thing to do was buy a 'new' control arm for $80 and install it. Looks like in this case, I'll actually have to replace the bushings themselves. So, if I wanted to DIY, where would I get bushings pressed out? The Subaru dealer wants to charge 8 hours of labor...and service labor certainly isn't as cheap as it used to be!
