ok heres is the story, subaru says you cannot hook up a i pod interface. But im finding that I might be able. Going to need some help to try and figure this out because I know nothing about stereos.
What I found so far....
-Its a kenwood unit
-Either it is or close to the Kenwood Excelon DDX-7015 (I still need to see what the back of the unit looks like)
which means if it is that model, I could hook it up.
-I know it has the same input type in the back for the satellight radio
so hopefully, I could disconnect the satillight radio and replace it with the i-pod interface
or could get real complicated and put a switcher in the back so I can still use both......... but then again i will never pay for satillight radio.
