As for your question. Flange angle and length may be different. I dont know. Someone else probably will.

chassis is the same from 02-07. the exhaust should fit fine. and ya its a pretty loud exhaust.

Haven't had issues with my n1 race exhaust. It's all in how you drive.

The legacy is stupid loud. I can manipulate the throttle to quiet it down though.
