New to Lewiston,ME and the Subaru world

Hey what's up my names Yoshi, I just moved here to Lewiston,ME and picked up a 2002 Impreza RS. Never had a subaru till now, an so far i'm loving it, I just hope I can drive it in the snow (can I lower my car an stil be ok to drive it through winter?).

As for lowering, you'll probably able to drop it a lil bit and not have an issue.

I know some dudes on here have drops. I keep mine stock and with snow tires you can go anywhere as long as you stay out of the ditches

Yes, yes it is. I was born an raised there, but I didn't want to spend my entire life on an island...there's so much more in the world than an island. I only miss a couple of things about the island.

For lowering, Epic Springs give a good drop and people have been very happy with them. Relatively cheap too.

 
I have a different perspective because I was born an raised on the island, as for most of the people that want to live there...they only know that it's labeled as "paradise": the beautiful island women, the never ending summer, all the different beaches and worldly food. That's all that most people know about the island. As for "why lewiston", because my mother lives in lewiston, it's about time I start to help her out and take care of her, she's only getting older.
