eric @ torqued performance (torquedperformance.com) makes some great open source tunes. You'll need a laptop and a tactrix cable, along with the applicable software.

+1 for Eric Minehart at Torqued Performance. He revised my map 5 times over the weekend, sometimes at 11pm PST.
I wish he was a bit more talkative in explain what he's seeing, what he's revising, what he's trying to do, etc. At the end of the day though, he's very concerned about your car running safe and will try his best to tweak the map so you hit target boost, have safe AFRs, and you're not knocking.
