Yes. Usually most people just remove the cross bars and call it good. But you can do a full delete and get the roof trim from a non OBS Impreza wagon, and swap it on. Pretty sure you have to remove the headliner and everything.

Man....sounds like a pain in the ass, Probably just take the cross bars off than. haha. Thanks.

 
No need to remove the headliner, just the trim above the doors. Should be a couple spots on either side with nuts holding the uprights on.

 
I would only remove the cross bars cause the chances of you getting the roof sealed back up tight are slim to none and you will end up with water inside the car all the time which really sucks during the winter cause the windows will be a pain to keep clear with moisture in the car
