porting/ceramic coating?

The exhaust manifold on my donor motor has surface rust and overall isn't in fantastic shape. Anyone in maine do porting of exhaust parts? I may want to have ceramic coating but for now I want it cleaned up and ported

Not powdercoating, porting.

 
SR Powdercoating does to ceramic coatings as well, and I'm sure Scotty at Ballistic Motorsports (right in the same business park as SR) would be willing to port.

 
I really just want to have them cleaned up/rust removed/polished

porting is optional. Just had to drop 400 on pistons for my build so my budget is shrinking

 
and after spending $$ on a crank pulley my budget is REALLY shrinking. How do I clean up the manifold? Sand blast and hi-temp paint? I'd rather not use chemicals as I want my skin/eyesight intact
