Rally Against Leukemia Aug 29-30

There is an Auto-x, Rally-x, and Duo cross this weekend and all proceeds go to chairty. I am interested in doing the duocross and rally-x, I am thinking of doing the Duo cross 2.0 in the vee and my audi, unless i can find a better rally car that we can spank the compition in and the other person can fit in the vee (needs to be Ok'ed with other vee owners first as well)

anyone interested in going, sharing a hotel room ect? this would probably be my end of summer celebration as school starts that next week for me and i need to get the audi really dirty so it looks right when i show up back at school

 
psh we dont care bout no stinkin TSD :-P actually i would if my odometer worked but alas i bought and audi and they all stop at ~160k

 
RAL tsd rally has some really schweet gravel sections. Them SCCA doods know the good roads and put on fun road rallies. If you haven't done TSD before don't worry, it's a blast to just go out and follow the road directions and don't worry about the timing part.

Ovet the years I've found I do best (and have the mostest phun) in the 'seat of the pants' class without any odo or timekeeping equip except a watch.

 
Anybody know more info on the TSD that friday? Like how to register, how much, ect? I think I might be interested in doing that.

That Duo-Cross sounds like a lot of fun too.

Just means I gotta make motel reservations for 2 nights instead of one (The truck wasn't very comfy for 2 nights last year...and the new rig has bucket seats in the front instead of a bench anyway). What's the place that is real close to the speedway?
