trust me, im just as confused about this as you are, but i know my top hats are in great shape, and if i need to get new ones, they arnt that expensive anyway.

that's fine by me, it will lower it like what...2 inches or so? that's completely okay with me, due to i wanted to lower it a little bit for more stability.
