Replacing battery in Key Fob

Hi guys & gals!

I noticed recently that my keyfob has been acting up and I have to press the key repeatedly for it to do it's normal functions, so I've determined it is time to replace the battery.  I wasn't sure what was involved in this, or if I would have to bring it to the dealership for replacement, but I did some research and found a great article on it.  I thought I would share.  I plan on doing this probably before the weekend is over.  I'm tired of having to hit my button 6 or 8 times for it to unlock my doors!

you can almost do it with your fingernail.

Then you need the hammer to get the battery out.

Get the nopi or the n.o.s.

Lighter weight and longer lasting.  Takes getting used to, but a lot more snappy once you get the hang of it.  You should have a garage day.  We could knock this out in a weekend.  A few brewskis too.
