apparently its been a really long time.. a few months ago I grabbed an outback hood and spoiler...

ordered a hydraulic RHD clutch pedal yesterday which should be the last piece of the puzzle for my 5mt swap

Picked up a parts car recently..

most of the scratches would buff out... but the steering wheel is on the left so I figured it would be a good one to steal a tranny out of

What's wrong with your tranny?

I don't know what you have the tranny in the postal wagon out of, but keep in mind the tranny in that outback has 4.11 diffs. So if you have 3.9 now you'd need to swap the rear end.

its an auto and the center diff is rubbish. the diff in my car now is a 3.9 so I planned on swapping the rear diff into my car as well as the 5 speed...

I got my hood at lake region imports, http://www.lakeregionimports2.com/joomla/ if not then I would try searching junkyards... I have grabbed all my parts out of a place in buxton.... unfortunately there are no subie parts left there... If I come across any in my travels I'll post up here where I found them.
