From what was discussed in the shout box guest posting is allowed via a captcha but it seems like the misc section has been cracked. They are aware, just give it time as many people are busy at this time of the year.

 
Haven't had time to change the settings. Just keep flagging them and I get the email and I'll block and delete them. Sorry guys

 
Yea if you flag it all the mods will see it and I try to delete the asap from either my phone or computer
