saw chrissy in the ctr of standish earlier, then a silver bugeye rs with morettes, forgot where. then saw another silver 04-05 wrx in standish with a custom grille and some aero peices. i was in the monster energy rally racing car

Pretty sure this guy works with Axis at the Shipyard.  I see him driving in the Alfred/Sanford/Berwicks quite often.
