These high-quality steel springs with the SPT logo lower the height of the WRX Sedan by 1.4" in the front and 1.2" in the rear, resulting in a lower center of gravity, which improves handling performance and vehicle responsiveness. A lower center of gravity helps reduce squat during acceleration, body roll when cornering and excessive nose-dive under braking. Kit includes 2 front and 2 rear suspension springs. How is the ride with the springs?

I dont know for sure, these are brand new. Apparently they're made by Eibach and ride and height are very similar. My guess is they're firmer over stock but not harsh.
