bought it for $100, and now I don't need it anymore. Good condition, typical scrapes and dents, $90.

also I have 02 tmic if someone wants, good condition, $35. Comes with y pipe.

i just picked up a 97 legacy gt 2.5l dohc. i am looking hard to find upgrades.... will the applications mesh?

 
Hmmm not sure maybe rotate a flange or two, extend it alittle bit.

I have the catback part too, I just didn't take a picture of it because it just looks like a piece of exhaust.

Just bring your car and new stuff to Mieneke ( or MikeyMeyagi might do it http://www.mainelysubarus.com/forums/index.php?/user/322-mikeymeyagi/ ) and have them cut the flange off and weld it back on in the correct position. See the top hole on the flange? Its orientated to the 2 0'clock, it needs to be at the 10 o'clock position or something like that. Hangers and length will fit your cat and/or mid pipe. If your car's flanges are toast have them cut them off just sleeve it.
