STi transmission gear oil recommendations

Just as the topic states. I need to change the gear oil in my tranny and rear differential soon. What do you guys suggest?

Seconded. It's pretty straight forward unlike automatics that have way too many kinds

I run regular valvoline dino oil with the lsd additive in mine and it shifts great.

You can also try out the Motul Gear oil.

I just put it in my personal STi about 7K miles ago and it works great. Good cold weather operations, great hot weather operations with anti break down properties, and seemed to quiet down the 140K old tranmission down quite a bit in my car.
