has anyone ever run a straight pipe on their n/a Subaru? Is it really that loud, or just kinda loud but dont horse around too much? Is there a lot of fartin and burpin?

I'm thinking straight pipe w/cats, if only for a couple days, but def thinking about it! >

Check Dirtyimpreza.com user name storz he has a straight pipe from the axle back with a glasspack. he says it is fine for daily driving

I think he might have a video clip up there somewhere. He also has the same User name on NASIOC

 
yeah E-pie and I were talking about a glass pack but I'm thinking that may not be necessary.

Well, I just wanna try it anyway and have a glasspack on stand by if I get too skeered. ^-^

 
the last one i heard sounded like a big daul exhaust v8 truck

 
Tulip has straight pipe 2.75" with one cat in stock muffler position. Combined with MRT 4-2-1 headers, it's LOUD NASTY EFFIN LOUD.

Fans often mention Tulip as "loudest in the rally by far" etc etc. It's my one way of beating Travis Pastrana at SOMETHING!

Def not street legal, not even close.

Did I mention thet straight pipes on 2.5 are LOUD? Whaaa? Eye Can't HEAR Yewwwwww... :
