Subie got us there

So, during the height of last night's snowstorm i get a call at 11:00 from my pregnant gf...

"The doctors want me to come in, they think it's going to be tonight"

so, I hop in the legacy and drive the 30 mins out in the raging storm to pick her up.

Many of the roads are unplowed or were plowed hours before.

a little sliding here and there, but i got there.

picked her up and set out for the hospital.

The subie got me through it, at midnight, in pitch dark, during the last big snowstorm of the year.

And that, is what makes a Subaru, a Subaru.

baby's healthy, we're happy.

Congrats. Did a similar thing, takin my Mom to the the ER in a blizzard in the RS. "No problem Mom, if the ambulance can't make it, old Snowball sure can!"

My dad couldn't believe I even got out to their house @ end of a looong dirt road, much less back to the hospital.

After that, he bought Hakka snows for the family Camry!

Mine got me to The Loaf nearly before dark this morning, and plowed into my driveway last night at ten pm with over a foot of fresh without skipping a beat.  Great cars.

Congrats to both the members that had way more eventful nights!
