Turbo XS UTEC for STi???

Correct me if I am wrong but you can't reflash a Utec for an STi to be then used in a WRX, Correct? I have a customer who asked me to help him get rid of one and I need to know who I can offer it to. HELP??

The ecm is diff. on from the wrx to the sti. Sti has like one less plug or something. Physically won't hook up. They make diff. versions for a reason!
