Just wondering how much modification would be needed to do this. The engine has information is as follows :

2002 Subaru STI Version 7 EJ20T 2.0L Turbo Engine

6-Speed Transmission

Computer(ECU)

Wiring Harness(un-cut)

intercooler

axels

drive shaft

rear differential

It is also a JDM engine so it has been imported.

I have an open garage bay and all the tools I need, plus my dad who used to be a Subaru Mechanic.

Will the engine and other parts fit into the vehicle with... relative ease?

Yes it will all bolt right in. Just have to make sure the harness is all installed, or a harness merge will need to be done

Physically will it fit? Yes.

You will have to merge wiring harnesses to get everything okay.

I HIGHLY suggest you poke around RS25.com, specificially their swap section:

http://www.rs25.com/forums/f128-swaps-conversions

Spend some time reading on there so you know what you're getting yourself into.

As someone who's in the middle of a drivetrain swap, it's not as easy as it looks...

I'm a hack
east coast swappers can do a harness merge for around $600. its money well spent to be able to plug in everything and go. you will also need a turbo front crossmember, or cut a chunk out of your existing one to clear the up pipe.

highly suggest having someone else merge the harness that's done it before......its money well spent

Thanks for the tip, I think I will do that. Especially for $600, I know it would take me forever to do it. Thanks for the help guys.
