Winter tires and wrx rims for a 2003 WRX

I am looking for some winter tires and perhaps some rims for them if not just the tires would be fine.

I need 205/55/ 16" Iboc told me to check here first before I decided to save a month or two to buy winter tires

Edit. I just decided to read this and noticed I made almost no sense, I must have been tired.

Well by the time I get around to getting tires winter will be over. I will make sure I have them for next year
