So the guy I bought the car from put water in the washer fluid reservoir because he was in a pinch, now the fluid barely comes out of the drivers side and nothing from the passenger side. Any thoughts? Lines look good.

Water is frozen, wait for it to warm up

I would say frozen lines/nozzle. Unless its kept in a heated Garage and this is still happening I'm sure it's just Debris, pull the lines and nozzle and run warm water through them. If frozen. Get out as much water as you can when the car is On thawed. Fill up with the rainX de-icer fluid.

locate washer pump. make sure it hasn't split from freezing. have someone else operate wiper washers while you watch pump closely.

same with lines. if frozen and split, they'll leak when pressurized. may be able to fix with some electrical tape!

When my windshield was replaced the technician showed me that the wiper assembly was split.
