WTB Front seats/FXT tranny-rear diff

Hey folks. My '04 FXT needs some new front seats. Looking for something black. Stock WRX or other would be considered. Don't need to be heated, but it's a plus.

Also looking for a 5 speed FXT tranny and rear diff. Mine need some love, but I don't have time for the R+R and need to swap.
