XBox 360 and game package

Heya.
I'm selling my XBox 360 and games because I haven't turned the device on in like 6 months... too busy with life.

It's a COD: Modern Warfare 3 Special edition with a 320gb harddrive

along with 2 controllers (one never used); and a black Nyko charging station.

Will also come with the following titles:

DiRT 1, 2 & 3

GRiD

Forza 4 (Special Edition)

Call Of Duty: MW2, MW3 & Black Ops2 (BO2 is Special edition)

Dead Rising

Gears of War 1, 2 & 3 (all special edition)

GTA 4 

Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3

Gamestop still sells this special edition xbox for $250 with no games included.

The xbox is in perfect condition, and I have all the original packaging.

Looking for $350 cash; not willing to seperate or split... just looking to get rid of it as a bundle.
