well if this is any help, when i try the two finger technique thank you (bratman18) there is a drastic change. From my normal shifting there is scrape. from the two fingers there is a small very small bite. I hope this is good news.

hahaha. I'm changing the tranny fluid today hopefully with greasemonkey. hes a damn good mechanic. it only grinds when i shift it some what fast in high rpms. when i shift it slow there is still a small almost not noticeable bite.
