Thanks everyone! Basically my plan would be to replace the legacy gt struts with outback ones giving me a bit of lift. Then I'd replace the springs or front with gen1 forester and the rear Springs with gen2 forester. I know this set up works and I already have the outback struts.

Thanks, will do. With the outback/SVX option though, I don't want a manual SVX, I want an outback with more power. So the engine swap is my only option. But with the l.l. Bean edition option, it may be.

I bought a 96 legacy L to pull the motor out and put it in my VW Vanagon, but I dont have the cash for the parts for the conversion kit. It was pulled from a 96 Legacy L. I personally pulled the motor and it ran great when removed. Asking $300 [email protected] Thanks, Silas.
